An inquisitive young girl uncovers evidence of a massive cover up involving Whoville’s most respected citizens. As the trail leads her closer to the mayor’s office the town’s friendly and festive veneer begins to peel away exposing its dark and disturbing underbelly. It’s a race against time as she looks for a connection between the bullied young boy who was left for dead on a mountainside 30 years ago and the monstrous Grinch that threatens the town.
